Power Generator Rental

The electrical car that uses ion lead batteries to run the electrical engine (say 100 kw) so can you run a car and at the same time run the generator (5 kw) in your luggage and supply (charge) the batteries as if you had plugged them in the city power grid??

I have 4 DC motor. Is there any way that i can connect these 4 motor together to add up all of its power?

i have an idea and sevral designs for a power generator that burns no fuel , and could be wisper quit.I would like to patent such a thing , but am not sure if it has been done , or if anyone would buy it. one design is about the size of a suit case and could power a house for about 5 years.
this is not a perpetual motion machine, it uses the recirculation of energy to produce more energy , it is a self sustaining circuit, i cant go into more details on here.

i have to rent a generator how powerful does it have to be to power lets say 2 saws and about 8 flood lights that are 500W. or 16- at 150W. how many watts should the generator be? can it be like a little portable one thats like 3ft or will it have to be one of those huge ones that you have to tow with a truck?

Where can I find information on wind turbines and power generation for small applications? I see wind to power converters (handheld) that can charge small electronics (cell, mp3, camera). I need something that can mount in a small 3′ x 3′ wind tunnel that produces as much battery charge as possible.
Let’s ignore the fact that energy will need to be produced to operate the wind tunnel. I am only interested in the unit itself.

So I had this idea on how to power a motor and make things lighter, I wont tell the whole story. Anyway if i had a 12v generator to charge a 12v 8amp battery could that power a high powered motor full speed until the generator died, regardless of the 8 amp etc?

oh sorry I meant a Generator equivalent to the motors watts so a 30Kw generator.

The idea is to reduce dependency on the power grid. IF it is possible to do so, would this system be powerful enough to run home appliances and would it be easily assembled in a home.

Or would I have to turn of the grid power and use the propane generator for a while?

Can a small scale wind generator power enough batteries to power a 5 ton air conditioner? And if it can, how large of a battery bank would I need, and would a 220 power converter be good enough.

For science class I need to make a power generator made completely from scrap, no store bought items except for magnets and copper wires. Its only powering a small light bulb like the ones on christmas trees that are on long wires. Thanks for the help.

by manual pedal power instead of a gasoline or propane engine? How hard would it be to turn say a 3000 or even a 8000 watt generator connected to a bicycle crank to provide power for portable electric heaters.
ok, now why is that? if I get one of those 8000 watt generators from say Home Depot and remove the engine and frame etc leaving the actual generator and connect a bicycle to it with reduction gears, chain etc, would it require more torque then I could produce?

My question here is: Every generator (diesel powered) has a certain output capacity. What would be the impact difference when I utilize the maximum output and if I’m not consuming the entire output (may be by turning off few devices…fan/lights)? Would I be able to save a certain portion of Diesel fuel by this additional effort to save energy?

right imagine a steam powered generator if started via fuel could it transmit enough power to a transformer in order to then fuel an electric burner rather than fuel

we are in the process of purchasing a house but the vendor has disconnected the power. we have in our contract that we need to see that all the power and gas works in the house. the vendor has refused to turn the power back on but says he will connect his generator to the house to show it all works……..IS THIS LEGAL????????

What electrical component do I need so that I can power a decent size motor with my waveform generator output? The signal from signal generator is only enough to power a tiny motor. Well, I know how to amplify its voltage using opamp, which doesn’t do much since I need to increase its power (V*I). What about the current? Is there any electrical component that I use for this with external power source

when i synchronised the generator power build up but suddenly the power factor will start not to be stable…

The generator I have is rated at 12 KW, requires 220V and 33Amp service to heat a room of 500 cubic feet. The power is only needed periodically and for short periods of time, 30 – 60 minutes a day. (on a rare occasion, twice a day.) How do I plan, organize and calculate the required equipment?
